职责描述：
按照集团的要求及中国和法国相关的财务及税务规则保证工厂账目及财务信息的准确性.
guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the plant according to the group, business group and division policies, including compliance with relevant chinese and ifrs accounting and tax rules.
•制定工厂预算，战略计划，以及根据集团方针和截止日期提交工厂月度运营报告和半年度预测.
establish plant budgets, strategic plans, monthly report, semester forecast as well as plant operation reporting in accordance with group procedures and deadlines.
•控制与维护产品成本评估系统，特别关注最终产品产生的利润结果.
control and maintain adequate product costing system for cost estimating activities especially focusing on final product margin result.
•主导公司成本核算过程包含年度标准成本更新，存货价值审核，循环盘点结果检验等等
provide leadership to ensure adequate cost accounting process in place, including standard cost annually update, physical inventory verification, periodic cycle count result, etc.
•建立，维护，更新内部控制体系，确定维护公司资产的标准工作流程，保证财务交易和活动的完整性和适当性。
establish, maintain, update the system of internal controls that define the standard work flow procedure that safeguarding company assets, providing for integrity and propriety of finance transaction and activities.
•在上级管理层批准之前，评估和批准工厂资本拨款申请，以确保工厂所有重要的资本投资都符合要求。
evaluate and approve plant capital appropriation request prior to upper level management approval that ensures the compliance for all significant capital investment in plant.
•分析解释财务预测结果与实际运营之间的差异，告知并建议扭转不利差异的行动。重点强调工厂运营层面可能存在的潜在机会和未知的风险。
analyze and interpret financial forecast result and operation variance. inform and recommend correctives for unfavourable variances. highlight the potential opportunities and contingency risks in management's aspect.
•定义标准职能角色在财务部门的工作,培养和指导财务部团队成员个人职业的持续发展和提升。
define the standard functions role's work in finance division. cultivate and mentor finance members continuous developments and improvements.
•对公司所做出的决定提出解决方安案及建议支持
propose and support suggestions when decisions committing made in plant.
任职要求：
1. 中级以上会计职称 intermediate accounting qualification required
2. 5年以上制造行业财务工作经验(最好是汽车行业)，财务经理/主管工作经验优先 at least 5 years experiences on manufacturing enterprises and prefer automotive industries, manager/supervisor position is preferred
3. 熟悉会计各个方面的运行功能 be familiar with all accountant operational functions
4. 熟悉erp操作最好是sap的相关经验 familiar with erp especial for sap
5. 英语熟练 fluent in english
